This route is sometimes preferred because of its low traffic.

Tour Plan
Arrival and transfer to Hotel on bed and breakfast
Transfer to entry point registers and proceed to Mti Mkubwa camp.
Mti Mkubwa to Shira II
Shira II camp to Baranco camp
Baranco to Karanga camp
Karanga camp to Barafu base camp
Leave Barafu 1.00am for the summit. After summit trek dowm to Mweka camp for overnight.
Trek down to exit point Mweka gate and proceed to your bed/breakfast hotel
Transfer to the airport or some other activities
