Payments

Our price includes transfers from Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport to a hotel in Moshi Town or Arusha.

Payments must be made through our company bank accounts or electronic check machines in our office, and we will only accept cash payments with the approval of our financial manager.

If you pay in cash at our office, you will receive a small discount because most bank transactions involve large bank fees that are borne by you.

Discounts

Booking with us via email or WhatsApp first will get you a 5% – 8% discount and the best packages.

Refunds

Our refund policy states that any customer who cancels his or her booking and has made an advance payment will be refunded 70% of the amount paid.

If there is a problem during the safari or climb that is proven to be our fault, we will not refund any government park fees but will refund 50% of the accommodation costs.
